Was the Ted Wells report biased from the beginning and incorrect

How many errors does one report require before it is false and disregarded.  The more one examines the Wells report and more information comes out.  The more people need to question its accuracy.  This smells of a report where the conclusion was made to fit selected data.  Time and again exculpatory information was ignored, stories were cut short.  It was as if the NFL had a conclusion that wanted met, and Wells met that conclusion.  The media rejoicing in their bullying story has never taken a critical eye to the report, just accepting it as gospel.  Below I will discuss the rampant falsehoods and misinformation that have been disproved by the Wells report.

Let us discuss the widely reported Japanese trainer incident.  This is the incident where Pouncey, Incognito and Jerry wore Japanese headbands on Pearl Harbor Day.  Presented in the Wells report as an example of bullying and intolerance.  However further information appears to indicate that was not the case,  for example Ben Volin's report http://blogs.palmbeachpost.com/thedailydolphin/2014/02/22/former-dolphins-offensive-line-coach-jim-turner-received-two-years-pays-after-he-was-fire
The report fails to note that the Japanese trainer gave the players the headbands, (seems like an important piece of information).  Additionally, it was reported that Incoginto used racial slurs at the Japanese trainer.  However, according to a report in the Sun Sentinel, that Incognito was confronted about the slurs and went up and stopped using them and apologized to the trainer.  Again, omitted from the Wells report.

Time and again the Well's report ignores contradictory information and fully supports Martin's versions of events.  Ted Well's goes out of his way to say that this was not created by Jonathon Martin and his parents after he left the team.  And that Jonathon Martin was always truthful.  Again, this is a clear falsehood.  Remember the report that Jonathon Martin was physically assaulted by another member of the offensive line.  This information was released by Jonathon Martin's camp.  The Ted Wells report itself declares this a false statement.  However, this is not used to discredit Martin at all.  Whereas Ted Well's goes after Pouncey for lying and being not credible.  He routinely ignores his own star witness's falsehoods.

For example when Jonathon Martin talks of using sandpaper and jerking off on Incognito's sister, its seen as him trying to fit in.  When Jerry and Incognito make similar remarks about Martin's sister its consider bullying.  You cannot have it both ways, but Ted Well's continually does not hold Martin to the same standards he holds Incognito too.

The prank they pulled on Martin is harmless, and Martin participated in the same prank on Philbin again not mentioned in the report.  The report sited above from Ben Volin reports that people who were hostile to Ted Wells, or sympathetic with Incognito were treated poorly by Ted Wells.  How is that a sign of an independent report?

Here is a question you have unlimited resources of the NFL at your disposal and you consult ONE psychiatrist to the report.  That is misconduct and lazy.  Based on the leanings of the report how do we know he did not shop around to find a psychiatrist to give him the opinion he desires.  He is a lawyer, lawyers do this all the time in malpractice trials.  To only use one medical expert should have set off alarm bells to actual media to honestly review the report.  Instead of cheerleader their storyline.

Serious questions need to be asked about the true independent nature of the report it is time that a critical eye be taken at Ted Well's and his report.
